We pack in 20g domestic pack and 1kg industrial pack. It is NAFDAC approved with shelf life of 1year.
Egg powders are free from microbes, salmonella, e-coli and germs because of the pasteurization process during production.

KARAKARA CHICKEN EGG POWDER – MADE FROM 100% POULTRY FRESH EGGS
KARA KARA whole egg powders are spray dried and pasteurized eggs from healthy and traceable eggs. The functional properties of the hen eggs are well preserved in the KARA KARA egg powders which allows the products to enter a wide range of applications.
Using KARA KARA whole egg powder products improves the handling of your processes. The egg powders have excellent solubility and are easy to dose. Furthermore, egg powders hold a longer shelf life compared to liquid egg products.
Whole egg powder is the dried form of whole eggs. It is commonly used as a whole egg substitute in protein-rich baked goods due to its longer shelf life compared to fresh eggs
To obtain the best result for your product, KARA KARA whole egg powder must be dissolved into water before further processing. This is done by adding equal amounts of whole egg powder and water while stirring until the mixture is homogeneous. Then, the rest of the water is added gradually while stirring.
Powder-to-water ratio should be 1:3 {1-to-3}. Sugar and other dry ingredients can be favorably added to the whole egg powder before it is stirred into the water.
For instance, 100 g egg powder dissolved into 300 g water provides 400 g whole egg, corresponding to approx. 8 eggs. We recommend the dissolved egg powder is hydrated for 5-10 minutes before further processing.
– KARA KARA whole egg powder offers a good structure and high emulsifying alibities for your end product. The whole egg powder is provided both as plain and with anti-caking agent. Both are suitable for confectionery and bakery products, minced meat, sausages, meat substitutes and pasta.
– KARA KARA sugared whole egg powders are spray dried with glucose to optimize rising abilities of sponge cake products during the baking process.

To obtain the best result for your product, KARA KARA egg yolk powder must be dissolved into water before further processing. This is done by adding equal amounts of egg powder and water while stirring until the mixture is homogeneous. Then, the rest of the water is added gradually while stirring.
Powder-to-water ratio should be 1:1,25 {THAT IS 1-to-1.25}. Sugar and other dry ingredients can be favourably added the egg powder before it is stirred into the water.
For instance, 100 g egg powder dissolved into 125 g water provides 225 g egg yolk, corresponding to the yolk from approx. 12 eggs. We recommend the dissolved egg powder is hydrated for 5-10 minutes before further processing.

– It is used in recipes requiring the emulsification properties of egg yolk (including mayonnaise).

KARA KARA egg albumen powders are spray dried and pasteurized egg albumen from healthy and traceable sources /eggs . The functional properties of albumen are well preserved in the KARA KARA egg powders which allows the products to enter a wide range of applications.
Using KARA KARA egg albumen powder products improves the handling of your processes. The egg powders have an excellent solubility and are easy to dose. Furthermore, egg powders hold a longer shelf life compared to liquid egg products.
Egg white /Albumen is the protein part of the egg with at least 65% protein content
To obtain the best result for your product, KARA KARA egg albumen powder must be dissolved in water before further processing. This is done by adding the powder gradually to the water by stirring.
Powder-to-water ratio should be 1:7. Sugar and other dry ingredients can be favourably added to the egg powder before it is stirred into the water.
For instance, 100 g egg powder to 700 g water provides 800 g egg white, corresponding to the al-bumen from approx. 25 eggs. We recommend the dissolved egg powder is hydrated for 10-15 minutes before further processing.
– KARA KARA albumen powder offers high whipping ability and good foam stability which is especially suitable for confectionery and bakery products.
-KARA KARA albumen powder offers high gelling and water binding abilities. This is especially suitable in products of minced meat, sausages and meat substitutes.
-The KARA KARA special whip albumen powder includes citric acid and stabilizers. The product provides high whipping ability and good foam stability, suitable for confectionary and bakery products.
The Egg white is simply blended with slightly warm water to get liquid fresh eggs.
– It is good as whipping agent, dressing in cakes and bakes, additive for products that requires high protein content,
